Adapting to “change” is not only an important but also a fashionable issue today. The mechanism of change creation and ways of successful adaptation to a given change are of interest to representatives of various sciences. On the one hand, we want to adequately design something new, which we will call “change”, while on the other hand there is the question of individual and social reactions to this change and ways of adapting to the new situation.

The change has a different dimension. It can be beyond our control (and often is), and it can be positive or negative. It can be also considered on macro terms (society, national economy) and micro terms, i.e. within an organization (company or household) or in relation to an individual.

The Adapt to change/Change management VET UP module contains an overview of selected and useful issues in teaching work. It consists of five main chapters in which you may find a more detailed extension of particular issues.

Here follows the eBook used as a guide for this VET UP module in the different languages of the project. They include all the information in relation to this topic.
