Within the framework of the VET UP project, the first sesion of Online Seminar “Cooperation and Networking: Promotion of Innovative Training Course” took place at online format, on 10th of November as part of the partner network activity.
The Academie de Creteil, partner of the project, organized the event. It explained transversal skills to integrate socially and professionally by to programmes that are being implementing in France. The meeting had a very dynamic format, as the interventions, divided into two panels of one hour each. Firstly, there was a presentation of Opening Schools to Parents (OSP) programme. In detail, it consists in offering workshops to newcomer foreing parents residing in France on a regular basis. The second block, focused on VIV´APP initiative that develop necessary soft skills and confindence to enter into the apprenticeship.
More than 60 profesionals belonging to different VET´s institutions came enthusiastically to learn about experiencies made in France. The institutions came from Spain, Bulgaria, Austria, France and Poland

VET UP is a project financed by the European Union through Erasmus+ Programme. The aim is to promote the quality of initial and continuing vocational education and training of three regional networks in Spain, France and Bulgaria and their international networking. The creation of a strong network between the partners happenned thanks to study visits, exchange of knowledge and transfer of best practices. For instance, five partner organisations from five countries collaborate (France, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria and Poland). All with a total budget of EUR 440.000 (80% of the programme’s contribution) and an estimated duration until March 2022.
