IDEA and Alzira City Council, leader of the VET UP “For the Excelence in Vocational Education in Europe”, organized in the framework of the XIV Economy Week of Alzira two sessions oriented to Vocational Training and Employment, and the Erasmus+ program on Wednesday, 16th February.

From the SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education), we hosted the Director, the Head of Unit of VET Eramus+ & Europass, and the Head of the School and Adult Education Unit. Speakers of these sessions were also former vocational training students and a VET Centre.

They all shared good practices on employability in Spain co-funded by the programme. Insights on the Erasmus+ program and the results obtained in relation to VET students were also shared. Moreover, throughout this event, past VET students shared their mobility experiences with the audience both in physical and digital formats.

The Economy Week was intended to be only online because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Fortunately, finally it took place both on streaming and in person. The assistance to the event exceeded 100 participants in person, and so many others in streaming.
